As part of my mission to start eating healthier as a family, kale smoothies are my new favorite snack. Kale is great with all kinds of fruit, such as bananas, apples and oranges, and it's oh so nutritious. The best part is....Grace loves it! Now I won't feel so guilty skipping veggies at night.

R U kidding?! What does it taste like? Do you think the pickiest eater in the world (Ella) would like it? Ha ha!
Mary, it hardly tastes like veggies when you add the sweet fruit, especially apples I was told. Try it & don't tell her what it is. Be sure to blend it extra well so there aren't little pieces of Kale.
