Watch out...there's a 3 year old cowboy on the loose and he's driving a black truck with a 1 year old female passenger whose green binkey is hanging out of her mouth. It's baby Bonnie and Clyde and they're armed and dangerous. Last seen in a Foothill Ranch neighborhood....
